Jeff and I decided we needed to get together and ride. Problem is he lives in Charlotte, NC and I live in Dandridge, TN. Looking around for interesting places I chose Caesar's Head park and overlook in SC. I thought it was a national park but it turned out to be a state park and not open when we got there. I stopped on the side of the road a couple hundred feet beyond and Jeff showed up before I got off the bike. Perfect timing. This old structure was across the street.
